In this project, I designed a user-friendly mobile application for a local lemonade stand. The goal was to enhance the customer experience by providing an easy way to browse the menu, place orders, and make payments directly through the app.

I started with extensive user research, gathering feedback from potential users to understand their needs and preferences. This helped in creating user personas and journey maps that guided the design process.

Using the insights from the research phase, I developed wireframes to outline the app’s structure. After refining the wireframes based on user feedback, I created high-fidelity prototypes using Figma. These prototypes were tested with users to ensure the design was intuitive and met their needs.

The final design focused on a clean, vibrant interface that reflected the fun and refreshing nature of the lemonade stand. Key features included a simple navigation menu, clear product descriptions, and an easy checkout process. I collaborated closely with developers to ensure the design was implemented accurately and functioned smoothly.

The app received positive feedback from users, who appreciated the convenience and aesthetic appeal. The project not only improved customer satisfaction but also increased sales for the lemonade stand. Reflecting on this project, I learned the importance of user feedback in guiding design decisions and the value of collaboration in bringing a design to life.

This project was a valuable experience in applying UX design principles to solve real-world problems. It showcased my ability to conduct user research, create effective wireframes and prototypes, and design a user-friendly interface.
